This program provides a weekly overview of when I train each muscle group as well as an in depth breakdown of each day, including exercises, sets and reps and my MAIN STRATEGY for this routine. I also breakdown my preferred methods of CARDIO in much more detail. Additionally, I share information on pre/intra workout supplements I use, advice on form development and lots more.
